It snowed in Oklahoma for the first time this winter; with the exception of that very minimal dusting we had last month! Anyway, Piper was suppose to attend a Valentine's Party at her school today even though she normally goes on Thursday. She was too excited about the snow that she didn't want to go! I even tried bribing her into going for the candy and she said no! Ha! She's nuts, but I wasn't going to force her into going! She did have a ball in the snow for 30 minutes! She, unlike her brother, never complained and had a big smile on her face the entire time. He cried the entire 10 minutes we were out there! Once Piper was done, she never asked to go back out again! She's wearing actual snow boots and a pair of ski bibs that are a wee bit too short for her long body but they worked for her today! She has been talking about snow ever since it got cold!
She has been cracking me up with her funny things lately. She says "actually" a lot and things that seem big to me. I'm just waiting to hear her say, "In conclusion..." Ha! Today, she said, "Mom, you know I don't like boys? You know why I don't like boys? (me shaking my head) Because I love, LOVE boys! (followed with lots of giggles!) I'm leaving now to purchase locks for the doors and bars for her windows...Gee!
